- All invoices issued by Logis to the customer must be paid within thirty (30) days of their issuance by Logis to the customer. Logis may charge a late fee of 1.5% per month and 18% per year if the payment of one or more invoices is late.
- Logis courses and training material are subject to copyright. They must not be copied, recorded, transmitted or otherwise reproduced or distributed by any means whatsoever without the prior written permission of Logis.
- Course postponement or cancellation :
(a) In the event that a participant’s place in a course is filled by another member of the client’s organization, a student substitution is permitted at no cost, provided that Logis receives a written notice of two (2) working days before the course start date.
(b) The client may postpone or cancel a course, provided that Logis receives seven (7) working days notice in advance of the course start date. If the course is postponed or canceled by the client without such notice, the client must pay the full cost of the course.
(c) If Logis is not able to provide training on the scheduled date of the course, Logis will notify the client in writing at least three (3) working days before such date.
